Mr. Rubino is very experienced and familiar with all surveying aspects regarding Colorado Oil and Gas Commission’s (COGCC) requirements for well staking including:
- Geodetic and Elevation Requirements
- Preparation of Colorado Well Location Exhibits
- Location and Reference Area Photographs
- Access Location and Direction Determination
Based on many years of being on the ground and dealing with land owners, Mr. Rubino is an excellent front man and is generally the first “face” land owners will associate with the upcoming activities. Mr. Rubino has many times been the preferred point of contact for the land owner during the permitting process.
